Spain overall is famous for wine, and we offer a wine tasting combining the best from the mainland and Mallorca. Our goal is to increase your Spanish wine vocabulary while exploring the specialties of its appellations. In this tasting, our experts will arrange pours drawn from several of Spain’s top wine regions, comparing wines made from both common and lesser-known grape varieties. By including wines from a diversity of Spanish soils, not only will participants enjoy a broad sampling, but the lessons of our nature vs. nurture focus will be punctuated by exploring factors such as micro-climates and soils that affect the flavours of the finished wines. As with all our tastings, the Mainland and Mallorca selection includes 6 wines, nibbles, and is about 2 hours in duration.
