We collaborate with local bodegas to offer you exclusive vineyard visits with our 2Birds wine experts. Upon arrival, guests are offered a welcome glass of wine before being guided through the vineyards on a viticultural journey that highlights its unique geology, microclimate, history and tradition. We share insight into the nurturing processes that create high quality wines. We then take guests into the bodega, for an exclusive barrel tasting of the winemaker’s choice. Finally, after sampling wine as it matures in barrel and seeing how the winemaker ages, bottles, and stores the wine, we end with an additional tasting of 5 finished wines. These are paired with gourmet tidbits selected to augment the wine’s character (as well as keep guests nourished), while enhancing an unforgettable time at the rugged mountain winery.
