Service Description

We offer a tasting experience at a magnificent winery nestled high in Mallorca’s Tramuntana mountains (a protected UNESCO World Heritage Site). The winery and its vines are nestled at 400m, creating vistas worth the trip on their own. Upon arrival, guests are offered a welcome glass of wine as they gaze at the majestic peaks and high valley. Our visitors are guided through the vineyards on a viticultural journey that highlights the unique geology and history, giving insight into the nurturing processes that create excellent wines. After exploring the vineyards, guests are taken into the bodega, and given an exclusive barrel tasting of the winemaker’s choice. Finally, after sampling wine as it matures in barrel and seeing how the winemaker ages, bottles, and stores the wine, we end with an additional tasting of 5 finished wines. These are paired with gourmet tidbits designed to augment the wine’s character (as well as keep guests nourished), while enhancing an unforgettable time at the rugged mountain winery.
